The Maison Pascal Bouchard is an independant family business, coming from five generations of winemakers. Our range of wines come from all four of the Chablis appellations, as well as white wines from l'Auxerrois. The wines come from the 33 hectare Pascal Bouchard family estate (covering Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis premier cru and Chablis Grand Cru) situated in the Grande Chaume territory. This area is currently being converted to organic growing methods by vintner Romain Bouchard, Pascal's son. Our wines are recommended in numerous guides and are loved in more than thirty countries.
