Arnaud et Marielle Henrion (an oenologue from Champagne) arrived at the historic Château de l'Aulée with a mission to create fine, expressive sparkling wines as well as soft, dry and sweet white wines.
In 2009, after the vineyard entered the Chinon appellation, their range has expanded to include a Crémant de Loire rosé as well as a Chinon rosé and two Chinon reds.
