It was at the end of the 1980s that Thierry decided to move into the property and take over the family estate, with the help of his father. Not long after, his brother Pascal, a professor at a business school, made up his mind to join them - and so the Mas de Janiny was created. The family immediately converted to organic farming : protecting the land, the environment and public health was their priority.
