Arrived in 2001 and working under the name of Château Saïkouk since 2003, Latifa Saïkouk puts passion into running her generous property of 8 hectares (2.7 ha at SAINT SEURIN DE CADOURNE in AOC Haut-Médoc (red wine) and 6.09 ha at ORDONNAC in AOC Médoc (red wine)) to offer us a wine made with all the science and finesse that women can offer. If the ancestral Médoc traditions guide her in her work, she always makes sure to keep the maximum of fruity flavour to produce an authentic wine which is like nobody but herself.
