The winemakers from Buzet have raised their export volume by 25% since September 2009. This portion of their activity now represents 20% of the cellar’s total sales. In England their wines won various medals at the competition organised by industry magazine Decanter. Their latest creation is a merlot-cabernet blend which carries a seal on its label. The ‘Merlot-Cabernet Sceau’ (Merlot-Cabernet Seal) makes its debut this summer on the German and Polish markets. On the American market, ‘La Fleur’, the company’s supermarket brand, will attract customers with its simplicity and good balance between price and quality, as the monetary situation for the Euro improves.
